The results are in (mostly) and the website updated!

THE GOOD NEWS

In the second week of the season we saw a total of 56 tries scored with Cleobury leading the way this week with 8 after Old Hales and Sutton each scored 9 last week.

With the second week now complete, we see Division 1 being led by Hereford on 9 points with Malvern 2 points behind.

In Division 2 those top try-scorers Old Hales and Sutton Coldfield are tied on a maximum 10 points with Old Hales just ahead on points difference.

Division 3 sees Dudley Kingswinford on 9 points and Kidderminster Carolians on 8.

THE BAD NEWS

Two teams (Camp Hill and Worcester) failed to honour their fixtures this week and have been penalised for so doing. Coaches and managers please note: if you fail to honour a fixture and do not let your opposition know BEFORE the Sunday then your club is liable to a £50 fine under League Regulations Section H3.

Two teams (Lucs and Veseyans) have yet to text in their results.

Where next?

Week 3 of the NMCL The early pecking order starts to become apparent.
A gentle reminder from the Referees' Society Paul Daniels, Society Discipline Officer, has issued a note to all clubs.
